Someone offered you money for a billboard. Before you sign, get a better one.
Send us what you were offered. We will review the location and put a number in writing.
We will come back with a number.
Most billboard companies open at 10 to 15 percent of what the sign earns. We pay almost always twenty percent.
If we can do better than what you were offered, we will say so and put it in writing. If we cannot, we will tell you that too.
Read the fine print before you sign.
Billboard leases carry terms most landowners never hear about at the kitchen table. Rights of first refusal. Language restricting what you can do with your own property, including selling it. Condemnation clauses written to favor the sign company. Broad grants that reach well past the ground the structure sits on.
Our lease does none of that. We do not restrict your ability to sell your property, our condemnation terms are written to be fair to the landowner, and we take only the rights we need to build and operate the sign.
Send us what you received and we will tell you what is in it.
