Who we are.
We develop billboard locations across Texas — real estate, land use, permitting, leases and outdoor advertising development.
Our principal spent over eleven years as the in-house real estate and regulatory affairs director for a prominent Texas billboard operator — permitting new locations, converting statics to digitals, getting ordinances changed, helping cities become TXDOT certified, and managing landowner relationships across the state.
Before that, he practiced billboard and governmental law, representing many North Texas cities and multiple billboard companies.
We hold Texas Commercial Sign Operator License OAL 24-0012.
